Australia's first SBR lodgment solution
It's almost BAS lodgment time again when many BAS and tax agents are busy working to prepare Activity Statements to lodge on behalf of their clients. And GovReports is now ready for Reckon One users to lodge BAS online via SBR with their recent integration work.
GovReports is an online reporting platform for business, BAS and tax agents to prepare, manage and or lodge regulatory and compliance reports including tax returns to the Australian Tax Office (ATO) and payroll tax returns to all States and Territories Revenue Offices using SBR gateway.
To make the online compliance reporting process easier for users to get onboard, GovReports platform integrates with all major accounting and payroll software to enable its users to conveniently access their account anywhere with internet and prefill the reporting data onto the system ready for lodgment for all their compliance reports from a single platform without the double handling of accounts information.
The integration with accounting software and in this case Reckon One means that the GST data is prepopulated from your sale and purchase figures straight onto the ATO form format via GovReports ready for lodgment. So users will not need to manually enter the figures into the BAS statements on to the ATO portal or print a form and send to ATO.
For Tax and BAS agents, GovReports also has inbuilt digital signature so once you have prepared and validated with the ATO the activity statement information, the reports can directly be sent to client from your own email requesting for client authorization, thus saving you time on the process with tools and featured services to enable you to keep track of the work in progress.
To encourage users to trial the new Reckon One integration just released, GovReports is giving away $50 credit for users when lodging their first Reckon One BAS reports. This is available for both existing and new GovReports users and valid to 30th June 2017.
GovReports Director, Tiana Tran is pleased with the integration with Reckon One as it provides users with even more options to prepare BAS reports for online lodgment through its platform and this is the starting of integration development as it is planning for more strategic work ahead to further simplify the compliance reporting process for tax payers and tax practitioners.
“We already have integrated with Quickbooks Online, XERO, MYOB, SAGE One and now Reckon One to add to the suite and complete the accessibility for small business users to lodge BAS online via SBR direct to ATO”, Tiana added.
